Yes. On the day we set everything up and show you how everything operates. We leave it with yourself to fill the Hot Tub up so you will need a hose pipe to fill the Hot Tub up once we have left. On collection we will have showed you how to drain the Hot Tub. We then turn up take everything down and be on our way.

Depending on your water pressure filling the Hot Tub takes roughly 2-3 hours.

We always recommend filling the Hot Tub up with hot water directly. This usually means connecting a hose pipe to your kitchen tap using a connector. Filling from hot means the water is ready instantly and wont cost yourself the power required to heat 1000 litres of cold water to hot. From a cold fill the Hot Tub takes roughly 24 hours to heat up.

Yes. We will show you how to clean the filter, which needs to be done daily. We will also show you how to keep the water sanitized and chemically balanced daily. Our staff are BISHTA water certified and trained. Keeping on top of the filter and chemical balance is essential We supply you with chemicals that eliminate any harmful bacteria that can grow in warm water.
